August Term, 1999 Argued: December 9, 1999 On appeal from the judgment of conviction of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Siragusa, J.), sentencing defendant-appellant Terrance Matthews to forty-two months' imprisonment. Matthews contends that the district court erred by including his New York State youthful offender adjudication in the calculation of his criminal history category because that adjudication should have been excluded as an ""expunged"" conviction under § 4A1.2(j) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines. Affirmed.
